What we collect

• Name, phone number, area and village.
• Your transaction records with us: olive weight, oil, stored oil (amanat), amounts paid and outstanding, reservations and purchases.

Why we use it

• To record your transactions and keep your account, balance and stored oil.
• To send you messages that concern you by WhatsApp or phone: transaction confirmations, balances, reservations and their prices, and season reminders.

WhatsApp messages

We message farmers and customers from the mill's WhatsApp Business account. To stop messages at any time, send the word «إيقاف» (stop) to the same number (+962 79 106 0991) or call us; we add your number to our opt-out list and do not message you again.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. Only authorised mill staff can see it, together with the service providers we use to keep records (Google) and to send messages (WhatsApp by Meta), only for these purposes, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep transaction records as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.
